The majority of IT population stays here and very few locals reside here. Even though Bangalore has versatile options for staying, it is still difficult to find a good place to stay for bachelors. Flat owners do not want to risk the maintenance of their property by renting it out to young working or non-working bachelors. According to owners, single people are careless in attitude and least worried about issues like cleanliness, hiring maids or sometimes even delay in depositing rent.
