We are thrilled by the response on our recently launched “Committee Members” Feature, which helps you to involve other members of your Residents’ Management Committee to participate in Managing CommonFloor.
With new elections, if there is a new committee elected, this is the feature through which you can assign these roles to new Committee members.
We thought it would be good to bring to your notice a useful feature, already present, that would help maintain transparency in management activities which Committee Members are doing on CF.
Please refer the screen shot below and note the “View past activity” link. This link helps you to see the logs of management activities (like Allow, block new members, Send SMS, Notify for Maintenance etc) within a given period of time. By default it would show you updates on activity that has happened after your last visit to CommonFloor.
Note the link to view past acitivity.
In future, we are would make these notifications a part of weekley email digest too.
