How to register on Commonfloor.com?
It’s an invite only service. You need an activation code to register at CommonFloor. If you have an activation code, click here to register or contact us to get one.
What is an activation code and how do I get it?
It’s an alphanumeric code which you require for registering at commonfloor. If the apartment complex you are living in is the member of commonfloor, you should receive your activation code through email by the association of your residential community. In case your complex is not listed with us, please give us some details here.
How much does it cost to register on commonfloor.com?
Registration on Commonfloor.com is absolutely FREE! Register now and avail many member benefits.
Is the username & password provided for individuals or for the entire apartment?
Username and password is given to each individual resident of the apartments.
How to retrieve the forgotten username/password?
Click on the Forgot Password link on the login page. Provide your email id registered with us. Commonfloor.com team will send you a new password through email.
How to modify profile?
Login to “Commonfloor account” section- click on “Manage” link at the top right corner of the page- Edit the information in the newly opened page- Your profile can be modified immediately.
How to change the account password?
Login to “Commonfloor account” section – Click on “Settings” link at the top right corner of the page- Click on “Account Settings” tab- Enter your old password – Enter your new password and confirm it by re-entering – Your new password will be activated immediately.
Can I register for multiple apartments on CommonFloor?

hi,
i had successfully listed 2 ads for a property last year (which i would like to now delete), and add an ad for a new property.
while the delete facility in the reminders to update mails that i am getting doesnt work, the ad for the second property is appearing as ‘ incomplete’ and hence is not being listed in the site. pls let me know what i should do.
