The objective of CommonFloor for your community is to enable better management and information sharing among member. In order to ensure that the powers of managing a community always remain in the right and able hands, we have official adoption as one necessary step towards handing over complete control of your CommonFloor.

What is Official Adoption

When authorized representatives of your Association, Management Committee or Resident Welfare Society take up the Administration of your Community CommonFloor.

Why is Official Adoption Required

1. Trusted administration and Management of Communication & Concerns.
2. All Admin requests from any member will be directed to the designated association members.
3. Residents will see a Seal mentioning “Official Adoption by Association” on their Apartment CommonFloor Portal.
4. There can only be one Officially verified CommonFloor for an apartment building.

Other Benefits

1. Our survey shows that prospective buyers and tenants prefer the apartments having official seal on their public page at CommonFloor, than the ones not having it. See this page for reference.

Process of Official Adoption

1. A Letter from Association (or Management Committee or RWA) with the below mentioned specifics, should be posted to our address (mentioned on this page) or a Scanned copy emailed to support@commonfloor.com, with subject as “official adoption”.
   Details required in the Letter:
   1. Official Letter Head of the Association.
   2. Seal of Authority.
   3. Signature of Authorized Signatory.
   4. Names, Email, Cell numbers and House details of appointed CF Administrators.
2. Transfer of  Rs. 1 from Association Account to CommonFloor Account, through cheque or online transfer.
