Now you can add other members of your community’s management committee on CommonFloor and share role based responsibility with each other. For example, The General Secretary can be responsible for Approving new members on CF, while the Treasurer can take up responsibility of Maintenance Dues feature and expense tracking on CF. Dear common Flore members i have some queries to address please do needful if not able act on immediately please initiate the subject in common floor to gain its momentum with support of other like minded people.
1. Builders are highly interested to take our money as much as possible 40 to 50 percent before even any construction activity begins in the site and there is no any points to protect buyers interest while making agreement, simply it is favorable to builders except some DLF like reputed builders having points to protect buyers interest in contradict Metro zone is intending and urging to collect at least 40 %beforere its construction activity.
2. Please do collect ideas concern tmaintenancece fees whicsupposese to be reasonable &justifiablele and it should be linked to utilizing of club facility & number of family members not simply by flat size which is being decided by affordability more than the necessity.
