How do I migrate from the existing groups we are using?
You can upload a sheet of names and email address downloaded from the previous group to CommonFloor and we will create all the accounts and send invites to all the listed residents.
Can the discussions,files and photos from our previous service be archived at CommonFloor?
Yes, Files and Photos can be downloaded in the similar manner as specified above for downloading members. Once downloaded you can upload the same to your Commonfloor. For getting discussions migrated please send us an email at contactus@commonfloor.com for more details.
Are there any charges for migrating data to CommonFloor?
