Who will control the access to their private portal on commonfloor?
You can manage your own apartment community at CommonFloor, if you are a part of the residents’ association or managing committee, just drop us a request. If you don’t have an association in place as yet, be the leader and take the role to manage your community.
What all activities can be performed using our apartment’s commonfloor?
The activities that can be performed using commonfloor are: post online notices & classifieds, make club-house booking online, celebrate festivals, organize parties, share books and other durable goods, do car-pooling, find neighbors sharing common interests, urgent notification, maintenance payment, finding new restaurants and shopping offers, accessing restaurant menus and ordering food online, movie show timings in the city, access online notice board, suggestion box, rate and review local retailers, post buy-and-sell items etc.
How to restrict fake users and notices?
Once you have the “Admin” role you can allow/block users, restrict fake users and notices etc. Click on the “Manage” link on your commonfloor homepage; fill up the form to request for the “Admin” rights for your apartment commonfloor. We will give u a call to confirm and after confirmation you are ready to manage your apartment community.
How to notify all residents or certain group of residents about any important news?
Owner’s Association who have the “Admin” role can notify all residents or a group of residents about important information via email/ SMS alerts at their commonfloor homepage.
