What is CommonFloor?

CommonFloor is an online application that provides a feature rich and private portal for your residential community (Apartment Complex, Gated Layout, Villas or a Colony), to help you have better and effective information sharing among all members.

CommonFloor as a platform strives to be the go-to place for home & living needs. Whether you would like to buy, sell, rent property, or obtain property needs, CommonFloor is the place to be.
How can I get CommonFloor for my community?

If you are a resident of an apartment or a gated community, you can request a CommonFloor for your community. Head to www.commonfloor.com and click Join OWNERS’ GROUP, select your city and enter your residential community’s name (e.g. St. John’s Wood) and click Show Results.

If your residential community is listed, then click Join Owners’ Group. A log in screen will pop up; you may either sign up by clicking on Create your Account or you may sign up using your Facebook, Google or Yahoo! Account.
If your residential community’s name does not appear in the search results column, simply head to www.commonfloor.com/contactus/get-listed and we shall create a private portal for your community free of charge.

What can I do with CommonFloor?
You can do a lot with CommonFloor. You can –
1. Keep in touch with your community members online
2. Create private groups within the community to share interests and hobbies
3. Manage complaints and maintenance issues through a single platform
4. Co-ordinate with community members for events and other occasions by using the Event Scheduler and the Polls feature
5. Get services ranging from interior design to security
6. Locate services from hospitals to tailors using the Local Search feature
7. Find out restaurants, view the menu and order food with the Order Food feature
8. Maintain and share a Contacts Handbook with numbers from the local handyman to emergency services
9. Create and share photo albums privately with your community members
10. Buy, sell and rent property and other items using the Classifieds feature
