How do I invite more members to our community portal

CommonFloor provides you multiple ways using which you can get the members of your community to join and enjoy benefits of your portal:

The following things must be done to ensure the maximum number of members know about your commonfloor:

1. Add all the members’ details you have via “Bulk add”, “add member” or “email invite”.

2. Migrate your Existing email group(Yahoo/Google) , alternatively send email to the group to ask members to join.

3. Ask the other members to invite the neighbors they know.

4. Take a printout of the notice and put it on your apartment notice board or marketing office( in case of under construction properties).

5. Take information from the managing committee (in case your apartment is completed) via information collection process or builders marketing office(in case of under construction properties) and add the members to your portal.
