Hi guys,
I am new to commonfloor but it immediately caught my attention when I registered and saw the plethora of features, my wish list literally, all around. Notice boards, resident blogs etc. I will be for sur ean active user and try to bring on board all my complex residents on line.

I visited commonfloor after a long time. I was in US for some time. It has been changed completely after my last login around an year back. Now I am really liking some of its features like the buy-sell section, the member database and SMS.
Keep pushing good features like these.
