How to Manage Bouncing Email Address in Member Database

To manage email bounce records, please follow the below steps:

  • Visit Member Database
  • On the Top right, in the reports section, click on “Bouncing Email” report.
  • This should show you the list of all members who have email delivery issues (either bouncing, invalid email, SPAM reported and more). You can know the reason of the email delivery error by hovering your mouse over “why?” link.
  • To fix the issue:
    • If you know the correct email address, click  ”Actions” -> “Edit Email”  in the member details row and enter the new or corrected email address.
    • If you feel the bounce report is erroneous  and want to ignore the bounce status. Please visit “actions” -> “ignore bounce”  in the member details row.
